The CWMARS.org servers have been very slow, although they seem to be back to normal as of 11:40AM. In case you still have a problem, try the workaround at http://qcc.mass.libguides.com/content.php?pid=168574&sid=1421929 - the databases are hosted on a different server. No sign in required.
