If you use the ASK-A-LIBRARIAN link (top right hand side of the screen in CINAHL), you can send us the searches you've been doing--which can help us to help you.
You will probably want to limit your results with "core nursing" from the "journal subset" limiter.
The detailed record often tells you the author affiliation, so you can tell if an author is a nurse. If it isn't clear from there, the article itself will often relate the author affiliation.
