I just did a quick search on Academic Search Premier for "green burial" and found 24 possiblities. That would be a good place to start. I would consider other keywords to express green as well, such as "enviromentally friendly" and other words for burial such as "cemeteries" The library is now closing, so I hope this will get you what you need.
