This sounds like a literature question, so you will probably find articles in the Literature Resouces from Gale database. You can either use Iago in the search box (as a keyword search--which is the default) or you could put Othello in the search box and click the button next to "name of work" below the search box.
There are ways to narrow the results by typing in a keyword like "homosexual" in the box where you can search "within these results."
There are several places where you could find material on this topic--this is just the one most likely to have what you might need for an English 101 class.
